The Fundraising and Social Committee’s role is to encourage closer links between home and school.

The FRSC aims to enrich the social aspects of belonging to the School and to raise additional funds for the School.  Annual events provide an opportunity to achieve both these aims.

The FRSC organises the Christmas Fayre and the equally popular discos, ice-cream sales and playground tea parties.  They also arrange evening social events for parents such as the Quiz Night and work with a team of volunteers to organise second hand uniform sales each term which are very well attended.

We are excited to have received a donation of scooters and scooter helmets from Micro Scooters, a family-run and B-Corp certified brand. Renowned for their multi-award-winning 3 wheel scooters, and now branching out to adult scooters and even festival trolleys, Micro make getting from A-B quicker, cleaner, greener, healthier, and more fun.

There are many different ways in which parents and friends can help with the FRSC whether serving on the Committee or helping on an ad hoc basis by, for example, running a stall at the Christmas Fayre or baking for a cake sale.  Parents and friends can always support the FRSC simply by turning up at events!
